The company, with over 15 years of expertise in software development, has created a wide range of systems, including Dental CRM, iOS and Android applications, indoor-outdoor navigation, automation, and hotel valeting solutions. Its latest innovation, The Work App, originated from a direct client request, showcasing the company's practical approach to solving real-world business challenges.
The project began when a small cleaning company, struggling to track its night-shift employees, sought a solution to improve oversight. They faced issues such as incomplete monitoring and the discovery of pre-filled paper attendance sheets, which led them to consider terminating contracts with office buildings. Seeing an opportunity in this challenge, the company conducted thorough research and identified a market gap for a digital tool that could accurately track staff attendance and provide validated attendance reports tailored to the client’s needs. Initially, a simple solution was created specifically for cleaning companies.
The company actively engaged in every product presentation, gathering feedback and identifying new requirements. Over the course of five years, through multiple iterations and the integration of insights from various industries, the application was expanded and optimized. The result was a comprehensive, scalable solution that addresses real business challenges across sectors.
Since its inception, The Work App has evolved into a sophisticated, intelligent platform designed to streamline operations for both employers and employees in the digital age. First launched in Hungary in 2019 and later introduced in Switzerland in 2022, the app has enjoyed significant success in both markets. Most recently, in October 2023, The Work App was launched in the United Kingdom, marking a significant milestone in its growth.
Within just two months of its UK launch, The Work App was recognized in the Kingston Borough Business Awards, being shortlisted for the best digital communication category—demonstrating its early impact and promising future.
